Goal
To provide discharge care and treatment information for a post Total Hip Replacement Surgery patient.
Objectives:
Based upon their individual roles the students will:
1. Research their role via the internet to develop a comprehensive discharge plan of care with the patient.
2. Educate the other members of the group about their specific role.
3. Integrate care with members of the group through the use of technology (a patient video) and booklet to advance patient education. The video will be viewed and booklet shared by their nursing classmates.
