Audience: Adult Persons with Diabetes Type 1 or Type 2
Goal: Provide the viewer with basic knowledge of diabetes: process of diabetes, prevalence, risk factors, types of diabetes (1 & 2), signs and symptoms of both types.
Timeframe: approximately 30 minutes 
Location: Doctor's office or home
Module 3 Understanding & Managing Diabetes: Take Control
Audience: Adult persons with diabetes or anyone wanted to know more about the disease and how to self manage it.
