Calibrate the SMART Board |
| |
1.
Pick up the SMART Board pen located on the pen tray at
the bottom of the SMART Board. If the pen is in the
charging slot, it will not have to be plugged in. |
If
the pen is not in the charging slot, place the pen in
the slot. 2 minutes will give you about a 20
minute charge. (If the pen does not charge, then
the pen will need to be plugged directly into the
SMART Board using the black coiled cord as shown in the
picture above.) |
| |
2.
Once the pen has charged or you've plugged it in, use the SMART
Board pen
to click on the bottom icon
located on the left edge of the SMART Board. |
| |
3.
Using the SMART Board pen, click the word Calibrate on
the bottom edge of the SMART Board. |
| |
4.
Using the SMART Board pen, carefully click on the
center of each of the plus signs that appear on
the SMART Board. |
| |
5.
Once you have clicked on all of the plus signs,
use the SMART Board pen to click OK at the bottom of the
SMART Board. |
| |
You
are now ready to go to work. Open up any
SMART Board document the same way as on your classroom
computer using the SMART Board pen. |
