Congratulations team! 

You have done an excellent job whipping the cadets into shape! You have successfully created a new gym for our cadets and designed fitness/health plans. The town of Old Olks will continue to be a safe place because of your hard work.

How would you have completed this task differently given another opportunity?

Is the Boro of Old Olks REALLY in good hands with their new cadet?

       Did everyone get along?                          

              And that cadet.....

  Will he/she make it as a career?  Do we need to start over and look for a cadet with different health / fitness issues?  What would those issues be?  How would we redesign our gym and our program?

Was someone missing.....maybe another team member?  What would that person have done?
