Do you know how to insert a picture into a Word Document?
Well, you can!
Graphics or pictures can add pizzazz to your document and also break up the density of the text, making it more appealing!
Just follow these step by step directions.
Step 1: Open Microsoft Word
Step 2: Open your Web Browser and find a picture or clip art you want to insert.
Step 3: Click on the picture you would like. An enlarged version will appear.
Step 4: Right Click on the picture. A drop down menu will appear. Click Save Picture As
A Save Picture screen will appear.
Step 5: You can Rename the picture and click Save.
Step 6: Now go back to your Microsoft Word Document. Go to the top of the tool bar Click Insert, a drop down menu will appear.
Step 7: Go to picture From File.
Find the folder or name of the picture you saved.
Step 8: Click on the picture and then Click Insert.
Your picture should now appear in your Word Document. Look and see!
