• To provide a clear summary of each student's progress to students, parents, teachers & administrators
• To provide simple & effective database reports
• To graphs each students progress over the course of one school year (and potentially from year to year)

• Average of grades for September - November, December -March,   April-June
• "If" statements for "RED FLAG" averages

• Dibels and Orton Gillingham Progress is graphed for               September 2005-March 2006

• Manipulated row and column size
• Adjusted text and cell colors to attract attention to important/target information

• Worksheets are renamed for easy access
