INTRODUCTION |

We have received a
Community Grant from the Ringwood Education
Foundation (R.E.F.) to provide computers on wheels (COWs) for our
students in the
Middle School. These computers would be located in the media
center, and each teacher would utilize a sign-up sheet in order to
locate the computers to their classroom. Even though we have two
(2) equipped computer labs at this time, this will provide a great
opportunity for teachers to integrate technology into their curriculum
right in their own classroom. Therefore, I am proposing that we use the grant monies
to purchase the items listed on the next page. So now, we don't
have to worry about "till the cows come home" due to the wonderful and
generous gift from the Ringwood Education foundation, the COWs will
arrive home and never leave Martin J. Ryerson School.
