| Re: Selected product make overs for McDonald's menu. |
McDonald's is anxious to maintain their reputation as a socially responsible firm continuously providing healthier and better selections at their restaurants.
You are to develop healthy and higher nutritional counterparts for the following:
1. You will be assigned to a research and development team, a foursome, that is employed by Food Tech.
2. Each of you will also be assigned a specific role. Read all four of these positions by clicking on the links below.
When working in teams, each member must know each others role.
3. Meet as a group and determine how you will perform your tasks to attain your weekly target dates.
4. Make use of the following Resources but feel free to explore other valuable/pertinent sites.
5. Begin the project and complete the specific daily tasks (as per job description).
6. Complete the daily journals and logs.
7. Collaborate continuously to assist in the new product development using feedback and "hands on" activities to achieve your objective.
8. Repeat the process for the remaining three menu items.
9. Prepare an oral presentation with a portfolio that includes each team members work. Each member is to present their own roles and experiences with regard to group effort.
