A cardiovascular routine that will benefit your client in the areas
in which they are interested in improving.
A written schedule, with proper distance and time allotment.
What is
Cardiovascular Training?
- What is the
relationship between cardiovascular training and heart rate?
- How does one
measure their heart rate before, during and after exercise?
- What are three
examples of appropriate exercises for your clients? Give
different types of cardio training equipment needed (aerobics,
spin classes, step aerobics, etc.).
- Create a workout
plan for the two individuals. The workout plan needs to be
at least three days a week for 30 minute sessions each.
Must be opposite strength training days.
