A stretching routine that will adequately suit your client.
Be prepared to offer your client different modes of stretching and have sessions prepared for them (example:  static, dynamic, yoga, etc.).

What is Flexibility?

  • What is flexibility and why is it needed?
  • What is the difference between dynamic versus static stretching?  When would you use each?
  • Develop several stretch routines that can be done in conjunction with the weight and cardiovascular workouts.
  • What are the various types of flexibility? (Example:  yoga)
