What is Nutrition?

  • Which types of food would be appropriate for weight loss?  Endurance?  Give three examples for each.
  • Create a food plan for your clients considering their food restrictions.
  • What types of food are appropriate for weight loss?
  • What types of food are appropriate for strength and cardiovascular endurance?
