Strength Expert:

A strength training routine which will help each client attain their desired goals.
A written workout schedule, with a concentration on proper set, repetition, and rest scenarios.

  • Why is strength training an important component in the overall plan?
  • What are two examples of appropriate exercises for upper and lower body?
  • Create a three-week workout cycle for your clients.  The workouts will be on opposite days of the cardiovascular fitness days.
  • What goal(s) would you like for your clients to obtain?  (percent body fat reduction, increased muscle mass).

After each member has researched their portion. come back together as a group and share the information you have with each to form a plan!
