A written workout schedule, with a concentration on proper set,
repetition, and rest scenarios.

strength training an important component in the overall plan?

- Create a
three-week workout cycle for your clients. The workouts
will be on opposite days of the cardiovascular fitness days.

goal(s) would you like for your clients to obtain?
(percent body fat reduction, increased muscle mass).
After each member has
researched their portion. come back together as a group and share
the information you have with each to form a plan!
