You have been put in a group with three other people as part of the "Shaping Up" team. The owner would like to you to develop a comprehensive lifestyle plan. The owner will award each member of your group an extra $400 each if you can convince the clients to spend the $4,000 to join their gym. In order to do this, you must put together a PowerPoint presentation for each client. You and your co-workers will present a ten-minute PowerPoint presentation explaining to each client a complete exercise program and nutritional program in order to attain their Shaping Up goals.
The presentation must include the proper cardiovascular, strength, diet and flexibility program.
