Underneath each dashed line is the problem number that corresponds to that specific one.  Each letter of the alphabet has a number to represent it.  When you solve a math problem the answer you get will match a letter in the alphabet.  Take that letter and place it on the on the dashed line corresponding to the problem you solved.

Example:

___   ___   ___  ___

 3     1      4     2

A=5

B=7

C=3

Etc.

Say you solve problem number four and the answer is 3.  You would place the letter C on the dashed line above the number 4.

The code to solving the case:

___  ___  ___ ___ ___ ; ___ ___ ___ ___ ___     ___  ___  ___  ___

 10     3     7     8    2       9     1     4     6   12        6     11    11    5

A = 5,472 N = 58
B = 653 O = 10
C = 37 P = 12
D = 1100 Q = 257
E = 72 R = 175
F = 8 S = 74
G = 248 T = 5
H = 20 U = 18
I = 82 V = 1030
J = 14 W = 250
K = 340 X = 97
L = 550 Y = 730
M = 6496 Z = 46
