Step 1: You will join 2 other students to make a group of 3. Your third grade big buddy will also join you!
Step 2: Please see your teacher for your picture.
Step 3: Find your picture below and complete the activities under your picture. Stop at the red line.

Dr. Toothlittle: You are Jozlyn's dentist. Please help her
take care of her teeth. Your job is to color and label a picture of
teeth to teach her the names of teeth. You will also design a
special model of teeth to show her how to brush them properly.

Mrs. Clean:
You are
Jozlyn's hygienist. She doesn't know how to brush and floss. Your
job is to draw and color a picture to teach Jozlyn how to
care for her teeth. You will also design a model of teeth to show Jozlyn how to brush and floss.

Tommy
Tooth: You are one of Jozlyn's healthy teeth who wrote the letter
to the Tooth Fairy. She eats too many unhealthy foods. Your job is
to draw pictures of good foods to eat and foods we should eat only on special days.
You will also do a special experiment to show what happens when we eat
the wrong foods.

Step 4:
Dr.
Toothlittle, Please see the teacher for your group's
Fairy Folder. Inside is your group's activity
worksheets. These worksheets will show Jozlyn what she needs to know to keep her
teeth healthy and her smile happy. Your big buddy will help you.
Step 5: When your team has completed their activity worksheets place them neatly back into your Fairy Folder.
Step 6: Now it is time for your special project! Please see your teacher for your supplies to complete your tooth project. Your big buddy will help you.
Step 7: Bring your completed Fairy Folder and your special project to circle time. No buddy help. Each student will share what they drew and made for Jozlyn.
Step 8: Give the completed
Fairy Folder to the teacher.
We will mail it to the Tooth Fairy to leave under Jozlyn's pillow.
