How to Consolidate Files into Folders
Your desktop, hard drive, and travel drive are a mess! You save files under any name that pops into your head. Later, when you attempt to find important information, you can't. You're not alone! Many people, including this author, need to cleanup and consolidate. Here's the easiest way to create a new folder and relocate files for faster retrieval and more visually appealing screen.
1. Right click on your mouse and select NEW,
2. Choose FOLDER (A new folder
will appear)
3. When the title bar is blue, type in a name for your new folder.
4. Left click on any file you'd like to include in this folder and drag it in.
5. Make other folders the same way, enjoy the easy life, tell a friend.
