    Your teacher has decided that at the end of the school year, she will be moving to California.  She is very sad to be leaving, but she has one last task for her students to do before she leaves.  She needs your help deciding on which city to move to.  The reason why she can't make the decision alone, is that all the cities have a threat of earthquakes, and she needs to make sure that she will be safe in her new home.  So you will be her "earthquake investigators" to help make her final decision.  Remember she is counting on you to make sure she will be living safely in her new home!
