Task

It is your responsibility as "earthquake investigators" to make sure that your teacher is safe. In order to do so, you will be working in a team of three and researching one of the cities in California that your teacher is deciding where to live. As a team you will be presenting the reasons why your city is the safest city for your teacher to live. Your presentation should include the history of earthquakes in that area, safety procedures in case of an earthquake, and how to predict if an earthquake is coming. Your team will also be responsible for filling in a graphic organizer with the information that they found. This will help you with your presentation. Remember, your team must work together to make sure that your teacher is making the right decision . . .she is counting on you!
