The freshmen class council has asked your class representative team to plan the best prom for senior year.  Your team will decide on the following:

After your team has decided on each aspect of the prom, you will present to the council your plan that is the most cost efficient yet fun!  Your presentation should include a budget analysis utilizing Excel and a PowerPoint presentation showing what your prom will consist of and why it is the best choice for your class. In addition each team member will provide a written explanation of how you arrived at your budget and calculated your costs, as well as a discussion on the process of creating and analyzing a budget and presenting your proposal.
