Read the steps below in order to understand what needs to done. Step 1: First, print out this Pilot's Log Sheet and write your name on the top of the page. Step 2: As you tour the New Jersey map you will need to zoom in and zoom out on each point. Click on the satellite and the hybrid buttons in order to see the physical features of the land. Try zooming in and out on the physical features of that location. Step 3: You will need to click on the point to look at the picture and read the view detail information. If there is a picture you may click on the picture to enlarge it. You can view any videos by clicking on the picture in the video box. Step 4: Once you're done with one point go to your worksheet and fill in the information that you've just learned. Step 5: Make sure to explore three points in each region on the map. That is a total of twelve points. You may have more if you wish, but not any less. All of the points should be on your worksheet. Step 6: After that you're going to add a point on the map by logging in with the password given to you by your teacher. You will add a point on the New Jersey map of a place that you've visited. You're able to add a picture and type some information into the box. Step 7: When you're done exploring and the worksheet is filled out bring it to your teacher. Step 8: You will be given a partner in order to make a physical map of New Jersey on tag board. Click on this Checklist to find out what should be on your map. Read the rubric with your partner. Step 9: Look at the map of the United States, find New Jersey, and click on it to begin your flight!
