Actors will
often make pain staking efforts
to develop a character. Although most actors will almost always
prefer to interview the
person they are
portraying, interviews
aren't always possible.
When
an interview is not possible
some actors will meticulously
recreate an entire world
just so they can imagine
what a character was like. They'll research everything: music, art, poetry, politics, culture, laws, and events just to help them understand the thoughts and feelings of the character they are playing.
Your task is
to learn about the Jewish
Holocaust. However, you
will confront this task
by pretending you are an
actor who has to develop
a character from this tragic
era. The methods you use
to accomplish this task will
be presented on the process page
of this web site.
Good Luck!
