NJ Training Programs available if your job skills need updating. You may qualify for a grant or tuition waiver.
Additional Benefits during Training NJ's WDP Program pays Additional Benefits during Training to help people complete approved training programs that last past the regular unemployment benefit period. You must meet with a counselor who must approve these benefits before you enroll in a training program. Contact your local One Stop Career Center for an appointment.
Tuition-Free College for the Unemployed. All community and public colleges and universities allow unemployed people to attend classes for free, as long as space is available. Eligibility information & Waiver Certifications are issued by the One Stop Career Center counselors no more than 30 days prior to late registration.
