It is assumed that you want to learn this program so please give yourself an hour of time to thoroughly read and try out the steps in this guide.

If you are a new user, it is suggested to follow through this website in a step-by step basis using the red links at the bottom of each page.  If you have some experience with Photoshop, then feel free to use the links above to get to where you want to go.

Photoshop is an industry standard photo-editing and graphic art creation software.  Its tools are very flexible, and allow the user to create almost anything imaginable within the realm of 2-D art/design.

We will introduce a number of topics here to get you familiar with the basics of the program, and to give you a solid foundation from which to experiment further with all of the tools as your needs and imagination grow.
