Outlook Web Access is an email system used by the Clifton Public School district. 

The following instructions will tell you how to log on and set up your email address.

To log on:

Click on Internet Explorer

In address bar type, www.cliftonschools.net/exchange

A new screen will appear

Click the YES button

A new screen will appear

Type in username: first initial and last name (lowercase, one word)

Type in password (clifton)

Click log on button or enter

You must then change the current password from (clifton) to a new password of your choice.  Follow the directions below to change the password.

Once inside, click the options button

A new screen will appear

Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the section called password

Click on the change password button

A new screen will appear

Domain says empty

Account is your username (first initial, last name)

Old password=clifton

New password=at least 5 characters

Confirm password=same as new password

Click OK

You are now ready to send emails to other professionals in your district.  This is a great way to eliminate hard copies of important announces within the district.  Teachers are being encouraged to check their outlook email frequently. This is an easy way to receive new announcements or simply to contact other teachers and administrators in the school system.
