In order to successfully complete this
project, each team member is required to research a specific solid. Once your
research is complete you will need to provide justification for
choosing your specific solid within your Geo Town home construction.
Your group is required to design a sketch of the home exterior complete
with a 3-D layout model, a listing of all the building materials used,
and an estimated price analysis of the building materials.
Due to the unique shapes of the homes
within Math City, HGTV's "What's With That House?" television show is
paying the city a visit. We have provided a
video clip of the
show so you can view the similarities between the shapes of the homes
and the solids you are researching. Also notice the building materials
used to construct these homes so you can get an idea what kind of
materials will be needed for your own building project. |
