You and two friends are walking in town on a clear Sunday afternoon. You are arrested for carrying an ice cream cone in your back pocket. In 1899, your town enacted a law prohibiting carrying ice cream cones in back pockets on Sundays. The police officer decided it was time to dust off this old law and enforce it. You and your friends are amazed that this weird law is still on the books. A change is definitely needed.
Your mission is to find the best way to remove this outdated law using your knowledge of the federal system of government. Each of you will explore a separate branch of the federal government and return as a group to discuss the best method to bring about a change.
