Mount Everest is
the highest point on earth. It straddles the border between Tibet and
Nepal. Many have attempted to reach its summit. Few have succeeded. On your journey, with your fellow 7th grade Language Arts students, you will learn the history of this mythic destination, as well as the identity of its most famous explorer. Your final project will be a team effort, planning an ascent of the great mountain. |
