Issue:  If you have ever played baseball, odds are that you have disagreed with a “strike three” call.  The debate here concerns the size of the strike zone.  Ever since Roger Maris topped Babe Ruth in the home run record, the size of the strike zone has been an issue.  Throughout the years the zone has been changed back and forth because of its influence on the game.  Should it be smaller to make the pitcher be more precise with his pitches?  Should it be bigger to give the batter less of a chance to get that perfect pitch?
