1. You will be divided up into 3 groups with 5 members in each group.
2. Once you have been assigned a group, you will then be assigned a family that could have existed at this time to research.
3. You will have to answer some questions about your family and how they impacted the community as a whole.
4. Once all of the research is complete, we will have a class debate about which family will win the title of "First Family" of the town.
5. In order to win "First Family," your group will have to convince the class that your family is the most important to the community and impacts daily life the most.
