Black and White Printer
The black and white printer is a Dell Multilaser Black and White printer priced at $199.99.  It has laser quality printing, a compact desktop design and prints up to 21 pages per minute. The port is a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 High, RJ 11.



Color Printer
The color printer is a Dell Laser 311 Printer priced at $499.00  It has a print capacity of 17 pages per minute.  It can print up to 60,000 pages per month, has a 400 MHz processor and 128 MB memory and 1 Memory Expansion Slot.



Projector
The classroom projector is a Dell 1209S.  This model has a maximum brightness (you want to see all of your students' smiling faces, so no need to shut off the lights) of 2500 ANSI Lumens Brightness.  It has excellent resolution and brilliant color and has a projection size of 302.8 inches.  This projector has a lamp life of 4,000 hours and is mountable.  It is also designed to shut down in 10 seconds.  The cost of this model is $499.00.  A ceiling mount unit will also need to be purchased from Dell for $159.00. Interactive White Board
The educational features that the White Board brings to the FACS computer lab is an asset to the classroom environment.  It will be especially useful for the Interior Design and Fashion Design students. Digital Camera
A digital camera is a useful tool to take pictures of the student's food ceations, fashion designs and fabric and craft projects. The Sony DSCW 120 zoom digital camera @ $199.99  features7.2 Mega pixels, built in flash, USB compatibility, built in speaker and digital noise reduction.
