Can you bring back the Lorax?  

    For the first part of your task, your group will read the Lorax and answer important questions about the story.  Once successfully completed, The Once-ler (your teacher) will reward you with a Temporary Investigator's License.  With this license, you will be permitted to investigate the causes, effects, and alternatives to pollution.

    During your investigation, your group will split up and research the pollutants that effect the land, air, and water.  You will take notes and answer new questions regarding these pollutants.  When you successfully complete this task, The Once-ler will reward you with your Permanent Investigator's license.

     Finally, as a group, you will prepare a news broadcast that will include a PowerPoint presentation.  This broadcast must educate others on what you have learned.  If you successfully complete this task, The Once-ler will give you the last Truffula Seed to plant.  Ultimately, this will lead to the Return of the Lorax!
