Just follow these simple steps below:

Make sure there are no programs running |
Open My Computer (if you don't have the icon on your desktop go to
the start menu and you can find it there) |

Click on the
Tools tab |
Select
Defragment Now |

Turn on your computer
Right click on the
Select Properties
Click Analyze (upon completion you will see a

recommended than you can close out of this box and try again at a
