Process
In order to complete this quest you will be assigned to a team of three students, with each student taking responsibility for a specific role on the web design team. The three rolls are Content Provider, Graphic Designer and Web Developer. All three team members will work together and agree on the structure, content, design and how the required elements will be organized on the Web site. Web site building is a collaborative process, so team members must be in constant contact with each other. At the end of each period, the team will update the teacher on their progress and possible problems the team has encountered.
The team will have to refer to the Web Site Design Rubric on the Evaluation page to make sure that the site contains all the required elements. Once the Web site is completed, each team will present their site to the band manager (teacher). In the presentation each team will explain his/her roll in building the Web site and any extra features they have incorporated in the design. The band manager will judge each design according to the rubric and will declare a winning Web site design.
