Process

Your consulting firm has been hired to present research in favor or opposed to banning cell phones in schools. Each employee of your consulting firm will be responsible for researching your position from a different viewpoint.

Step One:

You will be assigned to groups of four by your teacher.

Step Two:

Choose a name for your consulting group and give it to your teacher for approval.

Step Three:

Each group member must prepare the following information for the final group presentation:

1. Use the link to print out a fact sheet to use in gathering information about your topic. This fact sheet will be handed in as part of your final project.

2. Typed answers to assigned questions for each role. Click on the links below to find the questions from each point of view.

3. A typed, persuasive essay defending your position and viewpoint, using facts, examples, and reasons.
